Koollogix Wins The Sustainability Award in Emerging Enterprise Awards 2021

G8 Subsea Pte Ltd, KoolLogix Pte Ltd and Nanosun Pte Ltd are the top three winners of Emerging Enterprise Awards 2021 (EE2021)

Singapore, 7 December 2021 –  G8 Subsea Pte Ltd, KoolLogix Pte Ltd and Nanosun Pte Ltd are the top three winners of this year’s Emerging Enterprise Awards (EE2021), which recognises outstanding small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that display the ability for significant and sustainable growth. EE2021 is an annual award jointly organised by The Business Times and OCBC Bank and supported by RSM, Mastercard, Enterprise Singapore, A*Star, ACORN, Google Cloud, Rajah & Tann Legal Basix, Wavemaker and Singtel.

2021 marks fourteen years of the award’s celebration of business innovation, resilience and excellence in SMEs – the bedrock of the Singapore economy.

Apart from the Emerging Enterprise Award, EE2021 has three other categories: Best Innovation Award, Most Promising Startup Award, and Sustainability Award.

This year, the Best Innovation Award, which recognises emerging enterprises with a strong culture of innovation, was presented to Nanosun Pte Ltd and Shiok Meats Pte Ltd. These are businesses that seek creative solutions to persistent problems, innovate to carve out new markets for themselves, or embrace technology to transform their businesses.

Shiok Meats Pte Ltd was presented with the Most Promising Startup Award. This award recognises SMEs with a strong startup spirit. These are startups that have developed a unique and commercially viable idea, which has the potential to be sustained in the long run.

The Sustainability Award was presented to  KoolLogix Pte Ltd. This award recognises companies that serve the underserved, create greater good for the community, environment and society.

The EE2021 award ceremony was held this afternoon at the Ritz-Carlton and graced by Guest-of-Honour, Minister of State for Trade and Industry, Ms Low Yen Ling.

Mr Wong Wei Kong, Editor of The Business Times, said: “A second year of global pandemic has not stopped the emergence of promising, innovative enterprises. We hope the winners of this year’s Emerging Enterprise Awards will inspire other companies to transform and innovate, to stretch their imagination and push the boundaries.”

The winners of this year’s Emerging Enterprise Awards clearly demonstrated these strengths, and we are confident they will thrive and navigate the future successfully.”
