How It Works

KoolLogix delivers high-performance cooling through passive heat removal. The system harnesses server exhaust heat to drive refrigerant circulation naturally, eliminating the need for mechanical pumps. This thermodynamic process efficiently transports thermal energy from your servers to the facility’s chilled water infrastructure.

The Heat Removal Module (HRM) deploys directly at the rear of server racks, capturing and cooling hot exhaust air before it enters the data hall. Each module handles up to 60kW of thermal load, eliminating hot spots while maintaining optimal temperatures across the entire row.

KoolContainment™ enables dynamic IT load distribution within the same row, naturally balancing cooling capacity where needed. This row-level approach eliminates both overcooling and thermal bottlenecks, ensuring every rack receives precisely the cooling it requires.

HRM20 Series

The KoolLogix HRM20 Series delivers passive heat removal for today’s enterprise and high-performance computing environments. This rear-door module removes up to 20kW of server-generated heat without pumps or complex mechanical components.

With a 600mm width footprint, the HRM20 fits all standard server racks 600mm and wider. Its passive design dynamically responds to varying server loads, automatically adjusting cooling capacity to match real-time thermal demands. This ensures consistent temperatures without manual intervention, giving operators confidence in their infrastructure’s reliability.

HRM50 Series

The KoolLogix HRM50 Series addresses the extreme thermal demands of GPU-intensive AI workloads. Purpose-built to enable peak performance from high-density systems, this rear-door module removes up to 57kW of heat under standard conditions, reaching 60kW at optimal configurations.

The HRM50 achieves a Coefficient of Performance (COP) of 260 through advanced thermodynamic design, delivering exceptional energy efficiency without mechanical complexity.
